Client Care Specialist

Britney C.

Britney started working in the veterinary industry in 2014, but her love of animals came long before then. Growing up, she was actively involved in horseback riding and was always trying to sneak a new (stray) animal into her parents’ house.

Today, Britney shares her ever-growing farm with 10 chickens, 3 horses, 8 cats, and 2 German Shepherds, Jagger and June. Britney’s partner, Troy, can also be spotted amongst the animal chaos.

In her spare time, you’ll find Britney exploring the outdoors. They love hopping in the camper (yes, a few kitties too!) for weekend getaways in the wilderness.

Client Care Specialist

Kelly B.

Kelly entered veterinary medicine in 2013 while she was enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program at the University of Alberta. She developed an interest in animal behaviour, health, welfare, disease, and nutrition. After graduating, she followed her passion and continued to work in the veterinary industry. She appreciates the Brintnell Veterinary Hospital team’s emphasis on providing an exceptional standard of care.

When she isn’t working, Kelly enjoys cuddling with her black cat Bagheera, keeping her other cat Smudge out of trouble, reading thriller-suspense novels, training in Salsa-Bachata-Kizomba dance styles, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also currently pursuing part-time studies in Linguistics and Speech Pathology.

Client Care Specialist

Katrina R.

Although Katrina hasn’t been in the veterinary industry long, she sure has grasped a large amount of knowledge and found her dream career. Since Katrina was young, she has always had a passion for animals. Her family always joked that she was an animal whisperer. Katrina is hoping to purse further schooling in the veterinary medicine industry, specifically to become an RVT. If it was up to Katrina no animals would go without a home. Every day at work she falls in love with a new animal to try and take home with her.
Katrina currently has two dogs, one senior pug and one young puppy. In Katrina’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her puppy Mabel. They spend a lot of time outside, at the dog park and keeping Mabel out of trouble. During the summer Katrina enjoys camping as much as possible. Katrina and her partner recently bought a trailer and try to get out of town whenever schedules allign. It’s a truck packed full of dogs, food and some goofiness along the way.
