I am a first-time puppy owner and had a million questions for Dr. Fredlund and she was so patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable about all the services (shots, check-ups, neutering, etc.) that they offered. She is AMAZING and I would not trust anyone else with my dog, Granger. Granger loves coming to the vet and gets so excited to see Dr. Fredlund. The vet techs are also amazing! Due to COVID they could not have owners come in with their pets, but the techs did such a great job making you feel assured that your pet was in good hands. They are very thorough with their work, are so friendly and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a new vet clinic, you’ve found it! “I have been taking my two cats to Dr. Ho since the early fall and her and all the techs/front staff have been absolutely amazing. Our cats have had an assortment of issues (needing urine work, weight loss, scooting problems) and Dr. Ho always explains it in a simple, easy to understand way, and never immediately jumps to meds, tests, or any other unneeded money-grabbing ways that can so often be associated with vets. They always call a few days later to check in as well! I have recommended them to a friend who was going to a vet that was not fixing any issues for her dog, and after 1 appointment with Dr. Ho things are looking better! I cannot recommend them enough for you fur babies!”
