Jennifer Koole

Jennifer has always had a deep love for animals and a desire to care for them. She graduated from NAIT’s Animal Health Technology program in 2008 and worked in several small animal practices before founding Brintnell Veterinary Hospital with Dr. Fredlund.

While Jennifer’s primary role at the hospital is practice management and she’s constantly enhancing her knowledge and skills in small business and veterinary management, she still ensures that she spends plenty of time working with animals as an RVT.

Jennifer has two special kitties in her life: Miss Pickle and Puddin’. Although most of her life she claimed to be more of a cat person, she is now the happiest dog mom to a rescue named Archie, who has been awarded “best dog in the whole wide world!”

Office Manager

Britney C.

Britney started working in the veterinary industry in 2014, but her love of animals came long before then. Growing up, she was actively involved in horseback riding and was always trying to sneak a new (stray) animal into her parents’ house.

Today, Britney shares her ever-growing farm with 10 chickens, 3 horses, 8 cats, and 2 German Shepherds, Jagger and June. Britney’s partner, Troy, can also be spotted amongst the animal chaos.

In her spare time, you’ll find Britney exploring the outdoors. They love hopping in the camper (yes, a few kitties too!) for weekend getaways in the wilderness.
